Driver’s under the age of 25 yrs old
We do not rent vehicles to drivers under the age of 25. This policy helps us maintain safety, protect our fleet, and ensure a great rental experience.
Alcohol Fee – $125
To keep our cars clean and safe, we kindly remind drivers that any alcohol bottles left in a Smith Enterprises rental will result in a $125 cleaning fee.
The Referral Program
Any events rescheduled within 45 days of the original date will require full payment for perishable items. However, we always strive to collaborate with you.
Renter’s Insurance
Your rental includes renter’s insurance for peace of mind and for just $75 more you can add roadside assistance available exclusively within the our state of Virginia.
Smoking Fee – $125
To keep our cars fresh and welcoming for everyone, a gentle $125 cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs in a rented vehicle, helping us care for each space with love!!
Vehicle Maintenance
All maintenance is handled at no cost, and a friendly representative will call to confirm your mileage and see if any extra care is needed to keep your ride perfect!!!
